Delivery

1. HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY

All orders over £20 qualify for free Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service. We charge a fixed delivery charge of £3.50 for orders less than £20. We aim to deliver orders received before 12:00 Monday to Friday within the next two working days. Most orders are delivered on the next day, however this cannot be guarenteed.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday is normally dispacthed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Note: We may be able to offer discounted delivery charges for large orders delivered in bulk to the same address (E.g. 10 units or more).

Please ensure all address details (including house number and postcode) are entered correctly.

 

2. DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Yes, we offer a guaranteed 1pm next day delivery service if you place your order before 12:00 and choose the next day delivery option. Please make sure someone is at home as this service require a signature on delivery. This service is available from Monday to Thursday. The cost of this service could vary between £7.42 and £28.86 depending on the size of your parcel.

 

3. WHAT ARE THE CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES?

Order before midnight on Tuesday 20th December for delivery in time for Christmas. With the Next Day delivery option, the Christmas cut off is Wednesday 21st December. 

  

4. WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME

If the recipient is not home the postman will leave a calling-card and leave the parcel at the local Royal Mail sorting office for collection within 14 days. See the calling-card for contact number and collection details of your local sorting office.

  

5. WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Royal Mail deliveries are made between 7:00am & 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and before 1pm on Saturdays. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee an exact time for deliveries.

 

6. CAN YOU DELIVER ON A WEEKEND?

We deliver on Saturdays but regretfully we cannot deliver on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday.

 

7. DELIVERIES TO BUSINESSES, HOSPITALS AND UNIVERSITIES

 Before placing your order please contact the establishment to check their delivery policy. Our carrier can only be responsible for delivering to the reception point, and it may not be possible for the recipient to sign for parcels themselves. Once signed for, it will be the responsibility of the establishment to ensure that the gift is passed on to the recipient in a timely manner.
